THROUGH 7 PM...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH WAYNE AND
LAWRENCE COUNTIES. STRONG GUSTY WINDS UP TO 40 MILES AN HOUR ARE
POSSIBLE CAUSING DAMAGE TO SHALLOW ROOTED TREES AND WEAK STRUCTURES.
SMALL HAIL...ALONG WITH BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CREATE FLOODING OF
LOW LYING AREAS. STORMS WILL MOVE TO THE SOUTHEAST AROUND 20 MILES AN
HOUR.  PERSONS SHOULD STAY ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER
CONDITIONS AND TAKE PRECAUTIONS IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES.
