AT 225 AM...THE LEADING EDGE OF A LARGE BAND OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM BYRDSTOWN TO WOODBURY TO COLLINWOOD.
THIS BAND WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TO THE EAST AT ABOUT 35 MPH. LOOK FOR
THE STRONGEST STORMS TO MOVE ACROSS SMYRNA...MURFREESBORO AND
EAGLEVILLE BETWEEN 240 AM AND 310 AM. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2
INCHES WILL BE LIKELY WITH THESE STRONGER STORMS ALONG WITH WIND
GUSTS TO 30 MPH. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO CONTINUE TO DRIVE SLOWLY AND
AVOID CROSSING ANY WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.
